Lisa-Bees, an online gift shop and retail outlet, offers both the convenience of online shop-ping and
the friendliness of a local store.
The brainchild of three Cambridge businesswomen, Lisa Pembroke (LJ Fulfillment Services), Beth
Dillard (Battenkill Logistics) and Meaghan Wilkins (Wilkins Photography & Publications), Lisa-Bees
offers an ever-changing, ever-expanding line of gifts and gift baskets that can be purchased at
their “Hive” or ordered online and shipped anywhere in the US.
Lisa Pembroke has a long history in the fulfillment business, bringing expertise that will en-sure
orders are handled carefully, accurately and promptly. Beth Dillard brings 20 years of ex-perience
in marketing, management and communications to the business. Meaghan Wilkins is an
accomplished graphic designer and webmaster with a knack for creating sites that are user friendly,
easy to navigate and aesthetically pleasing. All three have an enthusiasm for customer service and
for meeting and exceeding the expectations of their clients.
By combining their backgrounds in order fulfillment, business, marketing and web design, they were
able to create a concept that would appeal to the Internet shopper and the local shop-per. In
addition, each of the partners had access to some wonderful product lines to jumpstart the site and
store.
Lisa-Bees offers Nova Natural Wooden Toys, framed original photographs, handcrafted beaded
jewelry pieces, specialty food items and an extensive line of beautiful, bountiful gift baskets. Coming
soon there will be pet gift products, additional jewelry items, home décor gifts, selected clothing
accessories and more.
